1 The plaintiff in error and defendant in error will hereinafter be referred to as defendant and plaintiff, respectively, as they appeared in the trial court. The divorce decree involved here directed the plaintiff, a petty officer in the Navy, to pay defendants attorneys fees, awarded her custody of, and support for, the couples minor child, and granted the divorce to both parties on the ground of incompatibility, after a finding that they were both at fault.
